Unbound

Worry makes the heart weak

It makes the soul leak of useful strength

Worry knows no boundaries

Once allowed to cross the line of caution

Worry must not find comfort in the arms of one’s mind

Lest it takes the whole body and makes a home of it

Worry must not be allowed to stay with you, dear

Except for ten seconds if you may use it as a show of care for others

Worry has no respect for you

Until you exercise control

It is an abuser waiting to pick the unwavering scent of fear

Give it no home

Allow not its resting place to be found with you

Friend.
